What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Wayfair associate with a hire date of [REDACTED] working in QC reported a Injury due to tripping on white floor tape in the QC department. ;The associate states that while working in the QC department and while they were checking quality on the side of vanity box heading back to their computer in that area they were walking and tripped over the tape on the ground ; with a pain scale of 7.5- 8 out of 10. ;;During the investigation the site found that the injury occurred while the associate was walking towards their computer after doing quality control on a vanity on the Inbound floor. The associate had a clear view of the path ahead and tripped over white tape on the ground.
