What happened

While EE was merchandising their second to last stop for the day they hurt their back. EE stated they had a pallet with the final 2 layers of budlight 30 packs. While they bent over to grab a case they felt a pull in their back they stated about 5 10 pain. EE stated they bent over and tried to grab a case by the handle when they felt that pull in the back. The pain lasted about 40 seconds and after a short rest break EE finished the stop. After driving to their last stop EE felt major pain when exiting their car. EE proceeded into the store and began to work the load. While trying to move a pallet jack EE felt immense pain in their back and notified their supervisor of this injury. EE was able to take extended breaks and finish the route EE returned to work the next day and was sent for medical treatment. While EE was sent for medical treatment local clinic seen high blood pressure and EE was referred to ER for immediate treatment. EE received treatment at ER for hypertension and was d
