What happened
As EE was at account 26858 when they were wheeling product to the account when they felt back pain. EE stated they had 12 cases of product on their hand truck when they wheeled it up onto the ADA access ramp. While wheeling the product up this ramp the product fell onto the back of the hand truck forcing the EE to whip back slightly. This whip back motion caused the EE back pain. EE reported the pain to management immediately. On [REDACTED] EE stated pain had been getting progressively worked and requested medical treatment.
