What happened
On [REDACTED] EE was stepping over a wooden pallet and rolled their ankle. At [REDACTED] EE was tasked with moving empty kegs onto wooden pallets. EE had three pallets next to each other with a small gap between each pallet EE was on the side of a pallet staging empty kegs onto a pallet. When the pallet was about to be full EE stepped on to the top of a pallet in order to cross to the other side. When EE stepped over the pallet when taking their 2nd step their left foot landed into a gap between the pallets which caused their ankle to twist. In this motion their foot rolled onto the long narrow part of the foot. This event is commonly considered a rolled ankle. EE reported incident immediately and opted to see onsite trainer. After two visits with trainer EE opted for medical treatment.
