Removing hub from grinder spindal.

EE with right hand guiding metal hub(18 lbs) off tapered motor spindle and his left hand used to support weight of hub. When hub slid off spindle onto left hand EE heard a pop and felt a tug pain on his left bicep. EE transported to [REDACTED] Emergency Room for diagnostic care and imaging. Released to return to work no use of left arm until follow-up with orthopedic [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) for assessment and prognosis of left arm use. Surgery completed 12 22 2[REDACTED] splint removed week of 1 [REDACTED] 26 starting therapy.
