What happened
[REDACTED] when she first started [REDACTED] was working as an EO in [REDACTED] and stated that when she lifted a heavy box over her head her back started to hurt. Since then she has been having back pain and especially when she is driving a stock picker lifting cases onto the pallet. She stated she woke up [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and her back was hurting really bad. She reported it to her supervisor ([REDACTED]) and the HR coordinator ([REDACTED]) and [REDACTED] took her to the first aid room and she called [REDACTED] who sent her to the clinic where she received restrictions.
