[REDACTED] was pushing in a conveyor with boxes on it.

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] outfitter [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) was working at DD27 taking boxes off of the conveyor. With palms facing forward away from her body and finger tips toward the ground pushing boxes away from the body at the end of the conveyor. Boxes fell toward her and pinched her finger in between a medal plate and the boxes. She received a laceration to her left little finer. At the time of the incident she was trying to back up the conveyor and her finger was pinched. She was taken to the first aid room and [REDACTED] was called. The nurse had her seek medical treatment at the ER at [REDACTED] :Medical Center. She received 2 stitches with not restriction. She may return to work on [REDACTED]. There is no CCTV coverage of the incident.
