On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Outfitter [REDACTED] working as a packer was involved in an incident that occurred at the shipping dock ammo sorting area on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. The incident took place while the outfitter was sorting ammunition. According to initial reports the incident occurred while transporting ammo boxes by hand to the corresponding location. As a result of the incident the outfitter sustained pain in her right wrist on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. Response at approximately [REDACTED] included taking her to the first aid room and calling [REDACTED]. The incident was reported to [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. No witnesses. [REDACTED] mentioned that she didnt report the injury to her supervisor at the time. [REDACTED] directed her to seek further evaluation at the clinic however it is closed today. [REDACTED] will go [REDACTED].
