Pulling a pallet jack loaded with grills.

On [REDACTED] outfitter [REDACTED] was pulling grills on a pellet jack at [REDACTED]. The load was heavy. Outfitter was working with [REDACTED]. He felt a twinge in his back but did not immediately experience pain and though nothing more of it. At lunch his lower back and right leg started to hurt so he texted his supervisor [REDACTED]. She didn 't see the text immediately so the outfitter let to go home. [REDACTED] subsequently called him and had him come back to complete the initial investigation and call the CorVel nurse. He told the triage nurse that he was experiencing lower back pain and pain and numbness in his right leg. The triage nurse recommended further medical evaluation. The outfitter left and went to the University of Utah Stansbury clinic for evaluation. The examining medical provider put the outfitter under work restrictions for at least one week.
