What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately 0635 hours Outfitter [REDACTED] working as a DC Outfitter was involved in an incident that occurred in the oversize area in [REDACTED]. The incident took place while the outfitter was setting up for his day. According to initial reports the incident involved [REDACTED] holding his box with all his supplies on it. He lost his hold on the box and tried to catch it while it fell leading to his thumb hitting the sharp part of his tape gun. As a result the outfitter sustained a cut to his left thumb. Response at approximately 0640 hours including first aid rendered by Supervisors [REDACTED] and Secret [REDACTED]. The bleeding would not stop so [REDACTED] and Secret ultimately decided to send [REDACTED] to the emergency room for further treatment. The incident was reported to [REDACTED] immediately. Following his evaluation in the Emergency room [REDACTED] returned with a work status report that placed him off of work until [REDACTED].
