What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] Outfitter [REDACTED] was working in receiving. He was unloading a trailer at [REDACTED]. He exited his lift to go locate a pallet inside the trailer. As he stepped down from the lift he twisted rolled his right ankle. He was assisted to the First Aid room by supervisor [REDACTED]. In the FA room a cold pack was applied to the ankle. Some slight swelling was visible. The CorVel triage nurse was called. After a discussion with the nurse the recommendation was to seek further medical evaluation. The Outfitter was directed to the University of Utah Stansbury Health Clinic for further evaluation. The treating physician placed the oufitter on leave from work for at least one week (pending visit at Occupational Health). The Outfitter also communicated that the doctor had diagnosed him with a Class 2-3 sprain.
