What happened

Outfitter [REDACTED] was pulling a long box at ground level and lost her balance. She fell and the lanyard activated. The harness caused a small abrasion on her neck. She said that it knocked the wind out of her. On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Outfitter [REDACTED] working as an Equipment Operator was involved in an incident that occurred in the Reserves racks. The incident took place while the outfitter was pulling a large box. According to initial reports the incident involved the Outfitter pulling hard on a large heavy box which when it released caused the Outfitter to fall into their harness and the lanyard engaged (this was all at floor level). As a result of the incident the outfitter sustained a slight abrasion to the next from the fall hardness and had the wind knocked out of them.
