The line needed materials. EE decided to fill kit cart with the panels they needed to weld. When attempting to lift panels and put them onto the cart EE was unable to lift the panels. Panels are above the single person lift weight limit. Due to physical capability EE has been addressed to not attempt to fill the carts himself in the past.

Manual handling of panels.

EE was attempting to carry side panels and transfer them onto a kit kart. EE felt strain in their left shoulder.
