Injured person IP was helping to lay down the kill line in the cellar. Upon completion of the task the IP stood up and turned contacting his face into the support frame of a steam heater causing laceration to his cheek. The IP was then taken to a Parker Wellbore approved medical facility where he was released to work without restrictions.
