Before the incident

What happened
While removing a Mud agitator from Rig 54B for use on Rig 15B the IP stepped on a piece of grating on top of the mud pit near the agitator skid. The grating shifted causing the IP to fall and strike his mid-back and both elbows on the top of the mud pit grating. EMS was notified and the IP was transported to a local medical facility for further evaluation.
