What happened
The employee A (injured) was cleaning nearby (egg dumper) Auto filler machine as usual as she was assigned with employee B to work on this machine. She started cleaning the machine watering with a hose while the employee B was cleaning the other end of the machine (view was obstructed between the two employees by piece of machinery). While she cleans her area she noticed a piece of egg under the conveyor frame she looks if the employee B was still cleaning and decided to reach the piece of egg with her hand not knowing that the employee B was operating the machine. When the employee B finish cleaning an area proceed to press the start button to roll the belt to continue cleaning not noticing or checking the machine when he hears a scream and notice employee A arm was pinch and caught in between the belt and a metal piece on the other side of (egg dumper) Auto filler machine. Also Bruising her left arm while supporting her body weight.
