Manually barring the clutch on [REDACTED]

At around [REDACTED] tonight [REDACTED] came into my office to let me know that he had injured his right shoulder. Time of injury happened at around [REDACTED] but waited to tell me till when he had come into my office and stated that one person went to lunch and it would just leave one person on the line. I [REDACTED] had state that he was barring the clutch on [REDACTED] as he came up to full extension with his arms he felt a pop and burning sensation in his right shoulder but had continued working. Later he had told another employee [REDACTED] that he had injured his shoulder. [REDACTED] had asked if he had reported it and [REDACTED] said no and then was instructed to come and report his injury to me.
