What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] an employee reported to their supervisor that they were experiencing pain in the middle of their back and in their neck and injured it on the job. At the time of the injury the employee was working as a bussee operator and stated that the slip sheet pallets were not moving to the discharge area when they were out of slip sheets. To work around this issue they were pushing the pallet by hand to the discharge side.
