Replacing the EQ Stater Pump

Employee was asked to assist in breaking the allen bolts free from pump by another employee who could not get them loose. Injured employee then tried to break free the [REDACTED] allen bolts in the waste water treatment area to replace the pump. While trying to loosen the bolts the allen T-wrench slipped and caught his left index finger. This caused a strain to his finger. Date of Injury was [REDACTED].
