What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] a hydraulic oil line on top of the #1 coil unwinder came unthreaded and began spraying oil on the floor to the east of the unwinder. The Press Operator was called to the area after a Front End Mechanic noticed the leak. The Front End Mechanic brought 3M absorbent pads to contain the spill. The Press Operator arrived at the cupping press area and was approaching line 1 on the west of the unwinder moving from north to south. He was not carrying anything and was not running. In addition to the visible spill of oil on the floor to the east of the unwinder a mist of oil covered the floor to the west of the unwinder. When the Press Operator walked onto this area of the floor that was covered in mist they slipped and struck their left shin against some electrical conduit that runs parallel to the floor at shin height between the unwinder and the plate lubricator.
