What happened
EE was offloading bin 4 on flight dl 374. An overweight HR was loaded on the flight. EE was positioned at the bottom of the belt loader assisting two other rampers to get the HR moved into the cart. EE pushed the HR in the cart and afterwards felt a pull in upper left leg hip area. EE continued through the day and came to work the following day which was when the pain increased.
