[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] were removing the patient loaded stretcher from [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was using her right hand to release the red lever and holding her left hand on the stretcher while [REDACTED] pulled the stretcher out. The stretcher dropped more than expected when pulled out. It then bounced upward causing the metal bar of the head rest on the stretcher to hit [REDACTED] in the chin. No LOC. Patient condition unaffected.
