What happened
My partner and I were stair-chairing a pt out of their residence and we stair chaired her up the stairs and when we went to stair chair her out I adjusted the right handle a lot of her weight shifted onto my hand and pushed my wrist down and it kinda tweeked it. I know its not broken because I can move it but it hurts when I move my wrist inward and if I push down on my fingers my wrist kills.
