Responded to 90F who had unwitnessed fall and had been outside laying on ice for unknown amount of time. pt had slid partway under a car while doing rapid trauma assessment my boots slipped on the ice pt was on and i put my right hand out to catch the fall landing on r-hand and wrist and hyperextending r-thumb.
