Coworker was on a ladder and employee was standing on top of the entry vestibule both with appropriate harnesses and fall protection gear. Supervisor was assisting with the [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] had wedged himself in a difficult location above the vestibule. [REDACTED] was unexpectedly able to move up to a thin sprinkler line and had firm grip. His forelimbs were manually restrained and while attempting to get his back legs off he turned as bit left forearm.
