What happened

A [REDACTED] CRDR laborer was pulling a pallet jack with metal materials in the waste building. The employee states the jack got snagged and he struggled to move the jack. In his struggles he felt a discomfort in his left groin and lower back area. The employee continued to work and did not report to their foreman until [REDACTED]. The general foreman were not notified until [REDACTED] [REDACTED] when the employee went with their general foreman to [REDACTED] to seek medical attention and was referred offsite.Employees were referred from Pivot to seek further evaluation off site. [REDACTED] safety along the worker reported to Advent Health in [REDACTED]. Employee reported to the clinic with a strain to this left groin area along bottom abdominal pain. The clinic administered [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] during the visit. A CT scan was ordered by the doctor and the results were negative for hernia inflammation kidney stones or urinary tract infection.Worker was told to take ibuprofen over
