What happened
A TY SPO Aerotek Laborer was organizing tools stored in a 55-gallon trash can in their laydown area. As he was organizing these tools his right forearm came in contact with a scraper that was set in the trash can with the blade side pointed upwards which left a laceration on his forearm. Upon this happening the employee reported to his [REDACTED] who reported to the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] who then escorted the employee to the Pivot on-site medical team.
