Cleaning work area and putting debris in dumpster

[REDACTED] was pushing down material in the tip dumpster he was wearing cut sleeves but they ended up falling down. When pushing the material down he cut his right forearm on a cut panel that was in the dumpster. It happened on [REDACTED] but was reported to [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. Once it was reported we took him to Pivot where he got the injury cleaned and examined. It was determined that since it was 12 hours since the injury they could not use sutures but prescription antibiotics was the best course of action to prevent infection.
