Employee grabbed an unpinned metal stud and lost balance.

Turner [REDACTED] carpenters were hanging drywall and they noticed a stud was not pinned on the top track. When the carpenter went to adjust the stud the stud was looser than thought. This caused the worker to lose balance. He tried to rebalance himself but stepped backwards off the baker scaffold and landed on his left foot awkwardly. Worker was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital for evaluation as no Concentra Urgent care was open at time of incident and was determined the injury is a moderate sprain and should see a specialist for approval to return to work.
