Picking up Trash

Recordable - Biohazard ExposureOn [REDACTED] an SPO EE was cleaning up trash debris along the [REDACTED] between [REDACTED] and the batch plant. As the employee picked up a paper towel they felt something pierce their right thumb. Upon investigation a used needle had been wrapped up inside the paper towel and the needle is what pierced their finger. EE was brought to ATS after washing their hands twice. They were then sent to the local Occ. Medicine clinic for further treatment.
