What happened
Recordable: RX Given. OCIP to further investigate.11 10 25 an SPO EE was cleaning up the work area stacking parts of the HACS system on pallets. The EE bent over to pick up an angle piece and felt a sharp pain in his low back followed by a burning feeling. The EE continued working. By the end of the day the EE was still experiencing pain in his lower back. He reported the issue to his supervisor but stated he didn?t need to go to ATS he just wanted to make his supervisor aware. 11 17 25 EE reported to his supervisor that he was still hurting and it didn?t seem to be getting any better. Supervisor sent him to ATS for evaluation. Received follow up care and received a RX.
