EE was in the process of filling buckets of concrete for future bases for signage.
What happened
On [REDACTED] 2 Turner SPO carpenters started lifting a single 5gal concrete bucket to reposition it inside of a Skid steer bucket. While doing this the upward diagonal momentum from lifting the concrete bucket caused 1 workers left thumb to get pinched between concrete bucket skid steer bucket leaving a laceration on their left thumb. The worker was given first aid inside the Turner office then taken to the clinic for further evaluation
