Before the incident
Climbing down structural ladder.
What happened
A crew assigned to the Paint Department was tasked with painting a line brush and roll coming off the CHL plate at the [REDACTED]. After completing a section the employee passed down the paint bucket and roller to his coworker on the ground with the use of a rope. While climbing down the structural ladder about six foot off the ground the employees gloved left hand slipped from the ladder causing the employee to lose balance and contact the ladder rung with his upper lip employee was able to catch his fall after contact. This resulted in a laceration to the upper lip.
