Grabbing a plier to cut steel strapping.
What happened
Team member needed to get some headers from a pallet. These were secured with steel strapping which are harder to cut as to which she grabbed a plier. Once she had a hold of the steel strapping with the plier she pulled back hard twice at a fast speed. The second time that she pulled back her right hand hoping to cut the strap the sudden movement strained her right elbow.
