What happened
Team member was assisting another team member lifting a fin pack to move it off a cart and onto a pallet which was elevated. Team member stated that he did not expect the fin pack to be as heavy as it was and even though it was being lifted between two people (himself and another team member) they could not lift it all the way up and place it on the pallet. Team member continued performing his work duties and later on reported that his left hand was hurting due to trying to lift the fin pack.
