Team member was finishing loading material on the company flat bed.

Team member was picking up material from a supplier and had just finished loading. He was driving the company flat bed truck and was on the back of it at the time . He got tangled with some straps tripped and fell off the back of the truck which is around 4-5 ' off the ground. Team member received multiple injuries but was able to drive back to our company which is not far from the supplier. He is currently on temporary disability and off work.
