On [REDACTED] at Approx [REDACTED] employee was out on site with a service tech to replace 4 panels inside a customers home. Two of the Doors were located upstairs in the home. During replacement of the panels employee and service tech had to take two tall panels weighing approx. 60-80 each down a flight of the stairs.
