Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at Approx [REDACTED] employee was out on site with a service tech to replace 4 panels inside a customers home. Two of the Doors were located upstairs in the home. During replacement of the panels employee and service tech had to take two tall panels weighing approx. 60-80 each down a flight of the stairs. The staircase was a glass staircase so the employees had to be extra cautious and move slowly around multiple turns in the staircase to not bump the doors against the glass. After bringing the old panels down the staircase they then brought two new panels back up the staircase. Due to the delicacy of the situation employees had to do a lot of bending and twisting to safe move the panels up and down the staircase. Employee stated to management on the [REDACTED] that he has had pain in his lower back ever since that day.
