The head tracks are sitting about 64 inches high when its single level inches high. 75 inches high when its a full bundle. Rack is labeled 2 person lift. Employees process is to lift them up over his head and place them on a cart and take them to the line. The parts come shrink wrapped together 2pcs and he pulls them 2 at a time. On [REDACTED] 1 he was lifting parts by himself and felt a pain in his abdomen. He did not report anything at that time and went to the emergency room on [REDACTED]. He called out to work [REDACTED] and then came in to see HR on [REDACTED] and that is when we found out he was injured.
