What happened
Employee was preparing to fuel [REDACTED] crane. While preparing to ascend the ladder he identified grease on the handrail and still proceeded to climb to fuel. After fueling EE started descending his hand rolled over the grease resulting in him slipping down the hand rail causing loss of control and balance and tweaked his right knee. The employee did not fall off.
