Removing a seized bolt from bottom rail clip

Two employees were removing a seized bolt from bottom rail clip using sledgehammer and punch. Employee holding the punch behind the bolt did not have it positioned properly and was making a last second adjustment as the other employee was swinging the sledge hammer. This poor positioning resulted in a ricochet affect of the sledge hammer contacting the employee holding the punch on the back of the right hand index finger knuckle resulting in laceration.
