Associate climbed over the side ways strapped brick to the cube that was just pushed by the 1st pusher on the Monorail There are 4 straps in a king size cube and 3 of the straps had rolled forward and 1 strap stayed back due to a few faulty rollers not rolling on the rolling table The associate placed his left hand on the back of the strapped brick and his right hand on the front corner of the brick The pushed it forward When he pushed the strapped brick moved faster then he thought it would and he wasnt able to move his right hand out of inbetween the strapped brick fast enough His right hand got caught and mashed between the 3rd and 4th strap When he pulled his hand out from inbetween the straps it ripped the rest of the cut open
