What happened
Associate was told by the lead to move 3 kiln cars to the end of Dahacker sub track 3 to be placed on track 3 for the monorail Associate didnt know how to use the haulage to move the cars So the associate then went and grabbed a bar to move all 3 cars manually Associate placed the bar to move cars with under the last kiln car Went he lifted the bar up to push the cars he felt his back start hurting He managed to move to the kiln cars maybe 12ft then stopped There was another associate there from maintenance who helped him move the kiln cars after the hurt associate tried to move the cars the maintenance associate said the kiln cars were too heavy for him to move
