What happened
Associate was inside cage below Box feeder 1 and was sitting on a small step ladder while maintenance was working on box feeder 1 and removing one of the paddles Maintenance associate did not know that associate was in the area on that side of the box and dropped the paddle towards the floor and in doing so it hit the ground and off the wall and struck the associate on the lower part of the right leg and foot causing a scrap and bruising to the leg and ankle
