What happened
A raw member was moving a rack off the scale in raw. As they were moving the rack they did not move it completely down the ramp. This caused it to roll off the side of the scale tipping falling onto the member. The member hit their head back and shoulders on the bars on the rack. The [REDACTED] responders were called and took the member to UVM Hospital for evaluation.
