Installing a bolt in a bolt hole.

An ironworker and his partner were working in an aerial lift installing bolts in beams. The lift operator his partner needed to make an adjustment to the lift basket. The basket was caught on the steel so the operator bounced in the basket to free it from the steel. At that time the ironworker was placing a bolt in a connection with his left hand and had his right hand on the rail for support. When the operator bounced the basket it freed and the ironworker 's hand was caught between the steel beam and the rail.
