Adjusting a dunnage for the frame

An Ironworker and his crew were working on laying out the screen wall frames on the East side of the admin area. Using a forklift an ironworker and his partner were spotting and placing dunnage under the screen wall frames to provide space to rig the frames. As they brought the frame over the signal was given to touch down the backside of the frame and leave the front end up. The Ironworker adjusted the back-side dunnage closest to the forklift and got up to move to the front side. The forklift operator then focused his attention on the partner who was adjusting the dunnage on the top right side of the dunnage. While the forklift operator was watching the partner the ironworker moved to the front-left of the frame to adjust the dunnage. As the partner finished his adjustment the forklift operator started tilting the front side of the frame down.
