erecting other beams in sequence

Employee was performing activities for the installation of beams with crane and rigging on the roof level of sequence 44 in the G-CUB MYD on the eastern perimeter. A multiple rigged sequence took place involving 3 beams. Each beam weighed One of the beams was skipped because it was not in the area of the 3 beams installed. After the 3 beams were set into place the 4th beam was rigged onto and hoisted to be placed in between the 2nd and 4th beam. While hoisting upward on the beam the load line peel(ball) drifted slightly south which drifted the load south causing the east side of the beam to come into contact with an existing beam and the west end of the beam came into contact with the employees leg causing a puncture wound from the corner of the beam. The foreman noticed what happened and accessed the base of an aerial lift and used it to access the injured employee. His partner helped assist the employee into the aerial lift and lowered the lift to the ground.
