Moving a wheeled table that had a heavy coil on it with the assistance of other two team members that were pushing from the opposite side.

When pulling the table towards him to move it and while two other team members were pushing it simultaneously from the oppositive end his left foot slipped and he fell to the side of the table. He tried holding onto the table with his left hand to cushion the fall and bent his right knee in a quick sudden movement while falling.
