There were multiple ladders set up in the area for employees to gain access to and from the raised form deck. The employee attempted to step down onto a stand rather than use a ladder. He lost his footing on the way down causing him to fall and get his left foot stuck inside one of the stands. He was hanging from the stand by his left leg for a brief moment.
