Worker was operating a stand-up forklift when it malfunctioned stopping suddenly. The employee lost his balance and was thrown out of the forklift landing on his feet in the aisle. Security camera footage shows the sudden movement of the forklift and the employee 's support as he exited the vehicle. Once he was off the vehicle he was seen limping and checking his knee.
